All of our DVDs are insured and we will replace any damaged or defective DVD(s) upon receiving the damaged or defective DVD. Please note the defective/damaged DVD will need to be sent to our address in Australia for inspection. You will need to contact our admin for address details. There is no postage charge on the replacement DVD(s), however, the replacement DVD(s) will be sent by ordinary mail and not by courier service.
We will replace any lost DVD that has not arrived at its destination after a 15 working day period from the day that your order was placed. To claim a replacement DVD, you must simply notify us by email ([email protected]) after the 15 working days period has expired.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill an order, we agree to fully refund your money as soon as possible.
We offer a full 24hr technical support for all of our download videos. In the unlikely event that a customer cannot view their requested movie, they should follow the guide listed below

If the problem cannot be resolved from our troubleshooting guide, then the customer should email our technical support at the following email address: [email protected] or via our online form
In the unlikely event that our technical support team cannot resolve your problem and all other options have been unsuccessful, then we will either refund your credit card or send to you the same video in DVD format. Please Note: The DVD will be sent via regular airmail only. A courier service is available at an extra fee of AU$60.00.
