All of our DVDs will be shipped by "EMS International Courier Service". A tracking number will be sent to you by email so that you can monitor the status of your order. The International postage/handling fee is a flat rate of AU$60.00 (regardless of how many DVDs that you order) and this includes insurance.

Please allow approximately 5 to 7 working days for the delivery of your order. If you have not received your order after a period of 10 working days, then please contact our administration & they will make arrangements to replace your order.

All of our DVDs are recorded in NTSC DVD-R (American Format). They should play in almost all modern DVD players.

Please note: All DVDs are dispatched within 24 hours from receipt of order. They will be sent discretely and bubble wrapped for protection.
